AmicoBlu offers its customers a free replacement vehicle service in the following cases:

• breakdown;
• accident;
• partial or total theft;
• in all cases in which the vehicle requires ordinary or special maintenance.

A replacement vehicle is not provided in cases of:

• wilful misconduct or gross negligence at an incident, by the user;ù
• events repeated over time;
• non-compliant use of the vehicle.
